Flagstaff Shelter Services was born out of concern from the local community and thrives on the shared vision to end homelessness in Coconino County. As a 501(c)(3) organization, we rely heavily on the support of our donors, volunteers and local partners within the faith and business community to achieve our objectives.

Want to make change happen?

Host a fundraiser for Flagstaff Shelter Services – Hosting a fundraiser can be as simple as donating a percentage of sales at your business or restaurant for a few hours to a whole day to FSS.

Be a sponsor for FSS events!  Feast for Flagstaff is our largest (and most delicious) annual fundraiser. Hundreds of people return year after year to sample delectable dishes prepared by Flagstaff’s best culinary talent, finds at our silent auction and more. Flagstaff draws more than 300 people each year, and we want them to know YOUR name and commitment to ending homelessness in Northern Arizona.

Make volunteering a TEAM-BUILDING event – There’s nothing more rewarding that working together to help the community. We have a number of important projects that a group could knock out in a day. Keep and ear to the ground for Hullabaloo and Cornucopia — FlagShelter gets an increased percentage of the proceeds based on the number of volunteers that we organize… so be on the lookout for when we send out that call!

Add a supplies-drive at your next event – We are always in need of basic necessities. Having a luncheon? Ask your employees/attendees to contribute a package of toilet paper or 5 toothbrushes! You get the idea…

Have an idea not listed here? We want to hear about it. Contact us at hello@flagshelter.org.
