Our doors are open to all who want to get involved with Flagstaff Shelter Services!
We would love your support in any capacity. Whether it’s organizing a donation drive, volunteering time and manpower at special events and fundraisers, helping with shelter clean up, or participating in other group work, there’s something for everybody.
Flagstaff Shelter Services wants to bring on creative and motivated young professionals in the Northern Arizona area to serve on the junior board. A junior board is a way for young professionals to gain experience for their future careers within a nonprofit organization.
Members of the Flagstaff Shelter Services junior board will donate their time to help plan, fundraise, and engage the community while learning from other professionals. Members of the junior board will be given an opportunity to take part in a variety of positions that will utilize their skills and aid future endeavors.
The members will assist in social media, PR, design, writing, and project management. Flagstaff Shelter Services is hoping to gain new perspectives on our team this new year.
We are looking for young professionals with:
Flagstaff Shelter Services is the largest emergency shelter in Northern Arizona. We provide shelter and critical services to the most vulnerable members of our community and assist them in finding permanent housing. We move people out of homelessness for good.
Flagstaff Shelter Services is a qualified exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
